Diamond Bay Hotel

Very convenient to have a shopping mall, casino, cinema, grocery store, gym and restaurants attached to this hotel. The staff were very nice. Free beach chairs on 1st come 1st serve basis but they were in such need of repair that we ended up paying for good chairs. Location was great. View from room 1408 was beautiful. Rooms and hotel very clean. Big breakfast buffet but wasn't thrilled with the food.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in Nha Trang, and I must say, it was one of the best holidays I've ever had! The beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, view to beach and excellent amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience. I would like to extend a special thank you to Jessy at the reception. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness were truly remarkable.Thanks to her exceptional service, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for during our time at the hotel. She broght to us a plate with fruits for us. I highly recommend your hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway in Nha Trang. The location is ideal, just across the road from the beach and near to shops and restaurants. The room was lovely, spacious with a large bed, a fantastic view of the city and sea and quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a lot of healthy options such as fruits and vegetables. The breakfast restaurant is very spacious so although the hotel had many guests the restaurant never felt crowded. Staff were all friendly and welcoming.

What an amazing experience to be at this accommodation !!!! We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to stay at a hotel like this! Staff at this hotel were just amazing - always willing to help us anytime; when we needed accommodation, transport, to plan a trip or some useful information, they were always willing to help us with literally ANYTHING that we needed. We can't put in words how incredible the people who work here are. They feel like family to us, which is something you can't usually find in hotels. Furthermore, the rooms we stayed at were always clean, comfortable, and nicely arranged. The location of the hotel is directly in the city center, which made our access to anything way easier. Literally, we have nothing to complain about. Everything was more than what we expected with really good people who were always willing to help. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone!!!
